Chiara Jasson

Chiara Jasson is a holistic nutritionist (BA, MSc), specializing in functional and preventive nutrition, fluent in Italian, English, and French. She is passionate about the science of human nutrition, and she aims to integrate the latest evidence-based findings to make individualized recommendations for her clients. Guided by a practical and optimistic approach, Chiara strives to help patients improve their health, achieve their goals, and develop sustainable habits to live a healthy and balanced life.  Aside from one-to-one consultations, she offers group programs, mindful eating courses and natural cooking classes.

Alexi Love

Alexi Love is a Merrithew/STOTT PILATES® instructor trained in Total Barre®, Matwork & Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, & Barrels and ZEN•GA®. She is fascinated by how we might move with more strength, grace and balance and the joy that movement can bring to people’s lives. She grew up dancing in the UK, moved to the US to study psychology and women’s health and now lives in Lugano with her husband and three small children. 

Vanessa De Luca

Vanessa De Luca is a member of the ‘Abahui Lomilomi Hawa’’I Association and a licensed Lomilomi massage therapist, herbalist and naturopathy alumn. She loves to create a warm, comforting environment where people can relax, take a break, and sustain their own empowerment process. Lomilomi is best known for deep and soft, long, flowing, dance-like strokes, mostly using forearms. Developed centuries ago, the Lomilomi massage is still a very important part of Hawaii's traditional healing arts. Lomilomi activates muscle connections, stretches ligaments and tendons, promotes joint mobility, stimulates nerves and organs and prevents inflammation. A Lomilomi accompanies the people in the balance and supports them in the development of their own strength.  Lomilomi is like a trip to Hawai'i and back for body, mind and soul. The massage gives strength, peace and inner balance to exist in the world. The goal is to allow everyone to live their life in an authentic way.
